Look at Heinz now!! He has been very successful on his diet - thanks to his foster mom!! Heinz is a standard Dachshund that is on a diet to loose the unwanted pounds! He is a perfect gentleman in the house as he is totally house trained, will sleep in a kennel if need be, and loves to sleep on a blanket behind a chair! He truly believes that the car is his second home!
He gets along with the other dogs in foster care, but thinks cats are the ultimate chase toy!
Due to the fact that Heinz has been teased by children, he will need to be placed in a home with teens or adults only.
Adoptions with Kansas K-9 ResQ are subject to reference and home check, a $125.00 adoption fee, and are limited to the Wichita metro area.
